Truffled omelettes

Beet root risotto and sliced truffle

Sandwich with porchetta (pork cured meat) and tartufata sauce

How to do it

Put evo oil in a fried pan and heat it for a few second, add previously beaten eggs, and then add Tartufata sauce and a pinch of salt. Cook one side of the omelette just 2 minutes till eggs will be cooked. After 2 minutes tilt the pan and move it to fold back on itself making the omelette.
Now serve it using T&C summer slices in oil to decorate.

Ingredients

  • 6 middle size eggs( organic if possible)
  • 30 g Angolo dei Sapori tartufata sauce
  • 10 ml evo oil
  • Sea salt as required
  • 20 g Angolo dei Sapori summer truffle slices
