Sandwich with porchetta (pork cured meat) and tartufata sauce

How to do it

To prepare the sandwich heat 10 minutes in a preheated oven the porchetta slices at 180°C. Cut the bread lengthwise in two slices.
Spread the tartufata sauce on the bottom of the bread. Lay the porchetta slices directly on top, close the sandwich and taste it immediately!

Ingredients

  • 1 sandwich
  • 80 g roasted pork cured meat (called porchetta)
  • 15-20 g T&C Truffles Tartufata sauce
