The whole are natural truffles in brine or water and salt that are mainly used to accompany and decorate appetizers, first courses and second courses to your liking. The suggested amount is about 10 g. per person, we recommend that you cut into slices with the truffle slicer or grater, while the preserving liquid or brine can be reused in the creaming phase.
